Music Industry Jobs
Recording industry hiring managers: Find the pros you need.
Aspirants and veteran talent: Get your first…, or next gig.
How does this all work?
Looking for talent?
Email me directly at [email protected], or register below, and select “looking for talent.” That’ll dispatch to your email address a link to the job submission form.
Here’s how the money works: you pay nothing to post a position. We’ll develop a relationship. Through that effort, we’ll establish a contingency fee you’ll send my way if you hire someone via MusicIndustryJobs.com. From there, I’ll send you an invoice so you can pay in the manner best for you. That’s it. Simple.
Looking for a position?
There are two ways you can stay abreast of opportunities for work in the music business.
1. Register below, selecting “I am the talent” when you do so. You’ll then receive weekly updates as to what positions have been posted. It is a hodge-podge, but categorized.
2. Skip registering altogether, and regularly check the campaigns list (find it linked just above the form below). This way, you get to save your inbox from another newsletter. Yay!
Why do I do this?
Scoring my first music business job in 1989 wasn’t the easiest thing in the world; nor was it the most difficult. Today, despite the velocity of hiring and firing, and wealth of job sites, finding meaningful work in the recording industry seems more difficult than it should be.
This is my attempt to make things a little easier for everyone. I do it to help, and because it helps puts a bit of food on the table when the day is done.
Have fun, and I’ll see you at the meet and greet.
