The next Director of the Harbor Conservatory will:

•  Provide artistic and administrative leadership and supervision for an energetic and highly professional team of music, theater and dance educators including management of all aspects of the day to day operations of the Harbor Conservatory.

•  Demonstrate visionary leadership which explores the potential of the Conservatory and builds upon the strengths of the performing     arts and the arts education landscape in accordance with the Harbor’s vision and mission.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Analyze statements in order to ensure that all music publishing royalties are paid pursuant to legal and contractual obligations.

- Contact licensees and take necessary steps to collect unreported royalties.

Sony Corporation of America (SCA) is seeking a Senior Associate, Marketing to join The Sony Rewards & Sony Card team The Senior Associate is responsible for the planning, development and execution of marketing programs supporting the Sony Rewards program, with particular emphasis on the relationship and opportunities with Sony Music (SME). The Senior Associate has primary responsibility for developing and building relationships with SME key marketing personnel to understand the SME business needs and to identify areas of shared opportunity with Sony Rewards. Additionally, this position is responsible for the assessment of existing Loyalty and Rewards marketing programs, communications in a liaison type position, and overall program effectiveness.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintain the highest level of service and communication for your existing dealer network between corporate and vendors you represent as an AM&S agent.
• Input and communicate in writing,  all sales orders to corporate offices.
• Follow through and resolve any and all issues for the dealer.  IE: Returns, Repairs, Pricing /Credit issues,
• Keep a detailed on line trailing week calendar of sales activity visits and notes
• Return all phone calls and email correspondence within 24 hours of receipt.
• Meet company goals and objectives for sales in your territory

• Supporting the research and establishment of root causes and jointly develops corrective action plans for quality defects.
• Ensuring products conform to established company requirements and specifications.
• Documenting and following up on corrective actions.
• Support and development of Quality System with guidance from Operation and QC
• Monitoring and communicating with managers and/or customers (as required) relative to filed product issues.
• Monitoring and supporting collection and presentation of critical quality data.

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
• 1-3 years of experience as a Quality Control/Assurance Engineer in a manufacturing environment
• Manufacturing and Music industry experience preferred
• BS in Engineering or similar technical background
• Ability to work independently or in a team environment
• Working knowledge of MS Office Applications
